NAID Notice

No services provided by ERI shall be deemed NAID Certified unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by ERI. Should you require NAID certified services, please contact your ERI sales representative for further information.

Data Bearing Device Downstream Notice

Data bearing devices will be sanitized or physically destroyed on-site based on the type of device. If we do not have the on-site capability to sanitize or destroy, data bearing devices will be securely shipped to an approved ERI location or a vendor vetted to R2v3 requirements.

The following transfer locations do not perform on-site destruction on site, destruction will occur at the listed facility for each site.

  • ERI Kent, WA – 6970 S 220th Street Kent, WA 98032 – Destruction performed by the ERI Fresno CA site – 3243 S. East Ave., Ste. 105 Fresno, CA 93725
  • ERI Goodyear, AZ – 215 N. 143rd Ave. Ste. 110 Goodyear, AZ 85338 – Destruction performed by the ERI Fresno CA site – 3243 S. East Ave., Ste. 105 Fresno, CA 93725
  • ERI Badin, NC – 293 NC 740 Hwy. Bldg. 134 Badin, NC 28009 – Destruction performed by the ERI Plainfield, IN site – 3100 Reeves Road Plainfield, IN 46168

The following items may be sent to an approved R2v3 downstream for physical destruction if we don’t have the capabilities to process on-site.

  • Cell Phones, Tablets, & Electronic Waste with non-removable batteries may be sent to an approved downstream audited to R2v3 requirements unless specific requirements require the material to be fully processed in-house.
  • Magnetic media will be sent to an incineration for waste-to-energy processing.
