Under the Utah Disposal of Electronic Waste Act, manufacturers of consumer electronic devices (CEDs) must implement a collection, reuse, or recycling system for CEDs from Utah consumers (termed an eligible program). Manufacturers can implement one of three (3) types of eligible programs: mailback programs; physical collection sites; and/or collection.
