ERI offers IT & electronics asset redeployment services and lease return services across the United States and internationally to assist companies in need of destroying device data and redeploying electronic devices.
ERI provides diagnostic testing to ensure that the unit is visually and technically acceptable for redeployment as well compliant with our NIST SP 800-88 data overwrite process. Assets are selected for Redeployment based on customer requirements and for Lease Returns based on lease schedules. An asset can be upgraded or downgraded to conform to the redeployment specification. Physical cleaning, labelling, label removal and image installation, can be undertaken as required.
Once processed, the assets can be kitting with customer provided accessories (for Redeployments), they will be packaged and transported to the required customer location/s for reuse in their business. Assets can be redeployed / returned to lessor to a set schedule or held in storage awaiting call-off.
ERI’s comprehensive Redeployment and Lease Returns program can be custom tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
All requirements will be confirmed and cascaded to an ERI processing facility. Location specific requirements and capabilities will be outlined and documented.
Equipment identified that complies to mutually agreed redeployment criteria will be processed and redeployed in accordance with the following tasks (as required):
Upgrading/downgrading of equipment
- Adding, removing or replacing parts (scoped in advance)
- Image Installation (this can be a customer provided and tested custom image or an ERI provided Microsoft image/OS.)
- Storage and stock management
- Diagnostic test
- Print asset ID tags
- Kitting with customer provided accessories
- Packaging and boxing
- Palatizing for lease returns / bulk redeployments
- Preparing for shipment
- Delivery is made in accordance with the agreed service
