125 new jobs have been added to an e-recycling company in Plainfield, and more could be on the way.
Electronic Recyclers International could add more positions in the next few years, as demand for scrap electronics, and metal rises.
John Shegerian, the company’s CEO says a new shredder, and glass cleaner will mean they could expand to about 350 jobs in the near future.
The building in Plainfield is ERI’s second largest facility, and Shegerian says he doesn’t see anything getting in the way of future growth.
