ERI recognizes that some clients might only accumulate a small amount of electronics at any one-given time. Therefore, the client needs a solution other than a standard pick-up via a semi-trailer. That’s where our pack and ship program comes into play.

ERI’s pack and ship (or Gaylord box program) allows a client to order a Gaylord box that is pre-labeled and delivered to the client. The process involves the following steps:

  • Customer contacts ERI to order a Gaylord box that is pre-labeled.
  • ERI delivers box to the client.
  • Upon reaching capacity, the client contacts ERI to request a pickup.
  • ERI tracks the Gaylord from the client’s location to the ERI recycling facility.
  • Upon receipt and processing, ERI provides customer with regulatory compliance report, bill of lading, and Certificate of Destruction.

This program can accommodate larger items for a full volume of up to 600 lbs. It’s that easy.

ERI is the largest fully integrated Electronics & IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) provider and cybersecurity-focused hardware destruction company in the United States.
