Please note:

Access to email and a printer will be necessary for receiving required shipping documents.
Ensure pallet is assembled in a location that is not restricted by paths or doorways smaller than widest side of the pallet.
Widest side of pallet must be accessible by a pallet jack for loading.
If not located on the ground floor, an elevator must be available for loading.
Driver must be able to get the pallet box to the truck without going up or down any stairs or steep ramps.
