Manufacturers of covered electronic devices (CEDs) must implement a plan to provide for the collection, transportation, and recycling of a required amount of CEDs. Manufacturers of TVs are responsible for a market share obligation of the statewide recycling goal and manufacturers of other non-TV CED items are responsible for a return share obligation of the statewide recycling goal.
